When Cortner's fiancée is decapitated in a car accident, he saves her head and keeps it alive through freakish means. Through the electrodes and wires, Jan begs to be unplugged so she can die, but her fiancée has other plans. He prowls strip joints for a body to match the head of his girlfriend.
