DELIVERY ITEMS & FILM MATERIALS
The following Delivery Items/Film Materials will be accessible to Sales Agent on an “as needed” basis: (Please
provide all documents both on paper and in digital format on disc)
PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS BELOW ARE REQUIRED WITHIN 40 DAYS AFTER CONTRACT SIGNING.
Digi-Betacam Video Masters PAL & NTSC (trailer and feature) with stereo composite mix on channels 1 & 2 and
stereo music & effects mix on channels 3 & 4 (Both the full frame & letterbox versions).
Master of feature for syndicated television or feature film with no nudity, profanity, or graphic violence
mastered onto NTSC Digi-Betacam.
2 DVD-R Masters of Feature with the Trailer at the head w/ No visible Time Code in Frame.
Color 35mm Slides of Artwork AND/OR electronic OR computer generated on a PC CD (at least 300 DPI).
Lab access to the Print elements of the Feature, if available, in at least one of the Following Formats: Negative,
Inter-negative, Inter-positive or Low Contrast (ONLY If applicable - NOT if feature was created in video format).
Dialogue List - a list of the speaking parts of the film; no direction or other exposition included, merely the
dialogue of the film.
Music Cue Sheet - Stating for each composition in the picture the following: the title, the composers,
publishers, copyright owners, performers, arrangers, usage, performing rights society, as well as the film
footage and running time.
Textless Titles - when titles are over picture, you will need to include this picture without the titles in order for
foreign territories to replace with their own titles; if titles are over black only, this is not applicable. This can be
put on the same master after the feature. Please mark the tape well.
Credit Block - A list of all contractual screen/artwork credit obligations as agreed upon with actors, etc.

PA Copyright - sent out to government (we need a copy of the document you send) in order for you to own all
rights relating to your film.
2 copies of NOTARIZED Certificate of Origin - states where you made the film, under what production company
name, how long the film is, under what director, etc.
Proof of payment to SAG & Contract will be provided to Sales Agent (If applicable).
Proof of payment to Director & Contract will be provided to Sales Agent.
Proof of payment for Music Sync License & Contract will be provided to Sales Agent.
Proof of payment to Composer and Contract will be provided to Sales Agent.
Proof of payment to Writer and Contract will be provided to Sales Agent.
Recent & approved spot QC report - the master given a clean bill of health by lab.
